在需要高速、低损耗信号切换的高压电气系统中使用快速晶闸管。Littelfuse 生产的此类功率半导体有多种配置，但都可用作逆变器。固态开关的其他应用包括不间断电源和脉冲发生器。我们的非对称快速晶闸管可最大限度地减少器件关断期间的电压损失。

低于 35 μs 的最大关断时间
动态电阻电压（VDRM）额定值范围为 294 V 至 2.5 kV
最大重复反向电压（VRRM）额定值为 10 V 至 2 kV
平均通态电流（55 °C 时 ITAV ）额定值为 128 A至1.11 kA
低电阻额定值（例如，212 m Ω、2.1 Ω）

提供平板和螺柱配置
较低的栅极电流要求
可在 -40 °C 至 +125 °C 的宽环境温度范围内运行 ℃
